RZD International completed construction of a viaduct near Beska station in Serbia
Today, in the presence of the President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, RZD International has laid the last link of the railway track on the viaduct in the area of  Beska at 51 km of the Stara Pazova - Novi Sad section of the Belgrade - Budapest line. Thus, the construction of this viaduct is fully completed.

The event was also attended by the Minister of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia Tomislav Momirovich, Ambassador of Russia to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, First Deputy Director General of Russian Railways Sergey Pavlov, Director of RZD International branch office in Serbia Mansurbek Sultanov, acting Director General of Railway Infrastructure of Serbia Neboisha Shurlan and other honorable guests.

The viaduct intersects the Maradik - Beshka road. Its span structures, with a total weight of more than 2 thousand tons, were designed and manufactured in Russia, unique Russian technologies were used to reduce noise and vibrations when trains pass over the bridge.

On the Stara Pazova – Novi Sad section of the Belgrade – Budapest line RZD International is constructing the first in Serbia railway for the train speed up to 200 km/h and unique to Serbia facilities – the 3 km long viaduct in the floodplain of the Danube river and the Cortanovci tunnel. The section will be put into operation after the completion of all works and tests of infrastructure facilities scheduled for this fall.
